The Test Technology Technical Council is a volunteer professional organization sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society. The TTTC's goals are to contribute to its members' professional development, to help them solve engineering problems in electronic test, defect tolerance and process characterization, and to help advance the state-of-art in such domains.

Membership in TTTC is open to all individuals interested in the above domains at a professional level. There are NO DUES for TTTC membership and no parent-organization membership requirements. TTTC sponsors several well-known conferences and symposia and holds numerous regional and topical workshops, in addition to hold a number of Technical Activity Commitees (TACs) that address emerging technology topics in the above domains.
