Distributed Algorithm
- Distributed algorithms are algorithms for distributed systems
where multiple autonomous and asynchronous processors and processes are working
communicating with each other. In such a system,
data and control are distibuted over the system.
The distributed algorithm efficiently makes the processors cooperative,
and leads them to the common goal.
VLSI Testing
- VLSI testing is an essential technology
for "reliable and dependable" VLSI products.
The evolution to high performance and large scale VLSI is generating
new problems to VLSI testing.
To realize high quality test with a short test application and generation time,
a low test power and low test cost,
we are working on design for testability and test generation.
